The Toray Group is engaged in the manufacturing, processing, and sales of a wide range of products across multiple business segments, including:
- Fibers and Textiles: Filament yarns, staple fibers, spun yarns, woven and knitted fabrics made from nylon, polyester, acrylic, and other materials; non-woven fabrics; ultra-microfiber suede-like materials; and apparel products.
- Performance Chemicals: Engineering plastics such as nylon, ABS, PBT, and PPS; molded products; polyolefin foams; films made from polyester, polyethylene, and polypropylene; processed film products; raw materials for synthetic fibers and plastics; fine chemicals; and electronic, information, and graphic materials.
- Carbon Fiber Composite Materials: Carbon fibers, carbon fiber composite materials, and related molded products.
- Environment and Engineering: Water treatment membranes and related systems; engineering services; condominiums; industrial equipment and machinery; and materials for housing, construction, and civil engineering.
- Life Science: Pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
