The purpose of tSSL is to bring together scientists and engineers actively engaged in research, development, and manufacturing on all aspects of Solid State Lighting including materials, epitaxial growth, chip processing, optical, package and heat dissipation design as well as systems and applications to discuss current progress in this field.
In 2009 tSSL, we invited the chief Division Officer of R&D Division and LED Engineering & Development Division of Nichia, Managing Director of Toyoda Gosei, and Marketing Director of OSRAM Opto Semiconductors Asia Pacific Hong Kong as the keynote speakers. Nearly 350 attendees from Asia, America and Europe join this great symposium at the 2009 tSSL event in Taipei.
The 2010 Taiwan Solid State Lighting (2010 tSSL) will include the topic of backlight, component, AC LED, LED streetlamp and human factor lighting. This great event will take place at Taipei International Convention Center Taipei (TICC) on June 8-9, 2010.
