誠摯邀請您於 1 月 20 日（星期四）上午 9 點與美國聯邦德克薩斯州西區地區法院 (U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas) Alan D Albright法官一起參與一場現場即時的 Zoom 研討會。曾於兩年前訪問過台灣的Albright法官，目前為美國最繁忙的專利案件法庭法官。在被川普總統 (President Trump) 提名為聯邦法官前，他從事專利訴訟長達二十年之久。會中除了討論在他管理的法庭裡的實務程序和最佳實踐方式，以及他對其法庭未來的期望之外，Albright法官還將親自回答觀眾的各樣問題。另外有來自美國和台灣豐富的專業從業人士，將陪同Albright法官，一同分享他們在Albright法官法庭中學到的寶貴教導，和其他各類（在美國法院及美國專利審理暨訴願委員會 (PTAB) 前）影響台灣公司之專利課題。

Please join use for a live Zoom seminar with Judge Alan D Albright, U.S. District Court Judge for the Western District of Texas, on Thursday, January 20th, at 9:00 am.  Judge Albright, who visited Taiwan two years ago, presides over the busiest patent docket in the United States, and practiced patent litigation for twenty years before President Trump nominated him to the Federal Bench.  In addition to discussing procedures and best practices in his Court, and what he expects for the future, Judge Albright will also take questions from the audience.  Judge Albright will be joined by seasoned U.S. and Taiwanese practitioners who will share their experiences in Judge Albright’s court and on other U.S. patent issues (in the courts and PTAB) that impact Taiwanese companies.
